The Vestry

The Vestry is a group of elected lay leaders who serve the parish with care and commitment meeting monthly. According to the guidelines of the Episcopal Church, these volunteers share in leadership alongside the Rector, helping guide the life and mission of the church. At St. Alban’s, the Vestry strives to practice servant leadership, following the example of Jesus and the Apostles, as they support the spiritual and practical needs of our community.

Vestry Members serve 3-year terms and are elected from the congregation at the Annual Parish Meeting in December. Anyone who is 18 and a member in good standing is eligible to serve on the Vestry.
